Dr. Lerner is a licensed and board certified clinical Psychologist who has specialized in the treatment of eating disorders since 1980. He has appeared on many national television and radio programs, just to name a few 20/20, Discovery Health, ABC’s Nightline and more. He has authored several publications related to eating disorders in professional literature, national magazines, newspapers including USA today, The Wall Street Journal, New York Times and more. He is here today to share with us about Eating Disorders, specifically Binge Eating and Pica. He opened our eyes to aspects of this that we may never have thought about and how to go about supporting persons who have trouble with these disorders.
